The short guided tours in English on the most representative works in the collections of the Pinacoteca Nazionale di Bologna.

The July meeting will be an opportunity to learn about art works dating back to the second half of the fifteenth century, displayed in the newly rearranged rooms of the Museum. In particular, we will focus on the evolution of painting from the late Mannerism of Prospero Fontana and his daughter Lavinia - author of the renowned group portrait of the Gozzadini Family - to the artistic and cultural reformation promoted by the cousins Ludovico, Agostino and Annibale Carracci, founders of the Accademia degli Incamminati in Bologna.
